2. Application of these Terms
2.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the supply of goods ordered through the With Care by CFH trade store.
2.2 The With Care by CFH online store is a restricted trade platform intended exclusively for funeral directors and professionals operating within the funeral services sector.
2.3 By creating an account, accessing the store, or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
2.4 These Terms apply instead of any terms you may seek to impose.

7. Orders
7.1 Orders can only be placed by logged-in users with an active account.
7.2 When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase goods.

8. Pricing and VAT
8.1 All prices shown on the platform are trade prices.

8.4 Certain products such as Order of Service may be VAT-exempt in accordance with UK VAT legislation.
8.5 VAT treatment will be applied at checkout in accordance with current UK law.
9. Payment
9.1 Payment is taken at the time of order.

9.3 We do not currently offer invoice accounts or credit facilities.
9.4 Orders will not proceed to production until payment has been successfully authorised.
10. Delivery
10.1 Delivery is made using DPD or equivalent courier services.
10.2 Delivery charges will be displayed at the time of delivery selection.
10.3 Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
10.4 We are only liable for the products to the point of despatch and are not liable for delays caused by courier issues of any description, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
11. Artwork Approval and Print Quality
11.1 You are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork before submitting an order.

When placing an order that includes personal details — such as names of the deceased or family members — we process that data solely to fulfil your print order, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our Data Processing Agreement.
